Cody Templeton

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, and from a young age, I was introduced to the world of tools and repairs by my dad, a general contractor. That early experience sparked a lifelong passion for hands-on work. Over time, I expanded my skills into residential real estate and property management, working with some of the biggest names in the industry. Along the way, I’ve bought, renovated, and sold thousands of homes — helping guide homeowners through some of the biggest transitions of their lives.

Through all those years, one thing became clear: not everyone feels confident handling home maintenance tasks — and when those little things get overlooked, they often turn into costly repairs. That’s exactly why I started Forget Me Not Maintenance.

We focus on preventative maintenance — the routine tasks that keep your home in good shape and help you avoid unexpected problems down the line. We’re not a remodeling company chasing big renovations. Instead, we specialize in the small stuff that too often gets pushed aside — and that makes all the difference in the long run.

Of course, if a larger project does come up, we’ve got you covered there too. Over the past 25 years, we’ve built a trusted network of contractors and vendors, and we’ll help organize and manage those projects for you.
